What to expect the day of your move?

Punctual – We arrive bright and early at 8am, 8:30 am, or 9am; it’s your choice.

*Tip #1: To save time in the morning, make sure your vehicles are out of the driveway or the designated loading zone by the time the truck arrives. This can save any where from 5 – 15 minutes in the morning.

 

Friendly – Our crew leader greets you at the door at our scheduled arrival time and the rest of our crew prepares the truck for your move.

 

Thorough – Our crew leader introduces you to our team and assists you with a guided walk through of your house. The walk through allows everybody to understand the scope of the move so we are all on the same page.

*Tip #2: During the walk through we ask where your furniture will be place at your home.Our movers take note of these requests and label your furniture accordingly. This allows for a smoother, more efficient move-in to your new house.

 

Service – After the walk through is performed we get straight to work. We perform all necessary packing, padding and prepping of your goods and furniture to help ensure the safest move possible.

 

Before Transport  – Before our truck departs, a crewmember will perform a final walk through of your house and verifies all necessary information for the next stop. This helps to accommodate any last minutes changes and ensures peace of mind that nothing was left behind.

 

Lunch Break – We take a half hour lunch break on our way to your new house. Off the clock of course!

 

Arrival and House Prep – After lunch we arrive at your new home with the energy and attitude to tackle the next phase of your move. Before we move your items in, we protect all floors, carpet and major walk ways to ensure the cleanliness of your new home.

 

Move-in – Our crew leader assists you with a walk through of your new home. We clarify all particulars like where you want us to place your furniture and if there is a designated place for all of your boxes.

 

Reassembly – During your move-in we reassemble all furniture we disassembled.

 

Final Walk Through – We perform a final walk through to make sure every box and piece of furniture is exactly where you want it.
